I haven't seen a list of builders ranked by reputation or should I say ranked by the least ill-reputed to the most.

Tier 1
Oberoi
Tata Housing
Godrej Properties
K Raheja
Hiranandani
Rustomjee
Lodha
Kalpataru
DB Realty

Tier 2
Dheeraj
HDIL
Wadhwa
Hicon
Fortune

Builders listed not in order of ranking within Tiers

so.. Oberoi is least ill reputed or most? Your hierarchy is a bot confusing. Cld u clarify pease? And tiers denote what? Standing as builders?

that list a bit basic just 2 tiers? and whats the difference within? Is it just or more mid sized builders have better rep than the large ones mainly cause theyre is a smaller chain less bureaucracy and also they sell larger flats and less in total number so less chances of delays (eg. Raheja/Ekta)

I was hoping folks here would add to the list both in terms of tiers and builders.

How about Nahar Amrit Shakti? I heard that their quality is excellent

Dear all,
i think lodha is worst.both in term of quality,delayed possession & also crm as you can see from threads for casa bella etc & also by my words as i had very bad experience for casa bella.thnks
