NA plot in kalyan - Haji Malang Road
Dear all,
I am new to real estate and planning to buy around 10 guntha plot in kalyan. If anybody knows that plots on Haji Malang Road (around 1.5 km from Bhal gaon towards kalyan or 0.5 km km from Dwarli gaon towards kalyan)... I would really appreciate any inputs like 1. Is there any dispute over that patch of land. 2. If anybody is aware that area is having NA land (or is is forest land. I already referred to survey numbers posted by few members which is declared forest land by Maharashtra govt. but it does not mention kalyan in its listing). 3. Approximate rate / guntha for the area. Any other inputs or advise is highly appreciated... Thanks, With warm Regards Mohaiyuddin |
