Is Nahar amrit skahti a good buy? how does it compares with hiranandani? is nahar the next hiranandani in the area?

in 2009, went to see their show flat, it had cracks on two walls and seepage, with overall poor layout. It would have been just about okay to buy at 5500/ psqft rates in 2008...
In any case, they will never be even 30% of what hiranandani provides.. Also, it would be better if you utilize the prominent Search box at the top to read what already has been said in the forum. humble guy,
I disagree with you. I have the seen this project and it looks great to me considering the fact they are building a complete township and everything seems to coming up as planned (although there are some delays but again which builder is not delayed nowadays). Regarding the 5500 rate, you can't even get that rate for a low class building in far away areas, How do you justify that the 5500 rate is ok for Nahar in a central location with several amenities. regarding some of the comments mentioned in the link that you provided. I am not sure how far they are true but even if some of the items listed are true, I don't think any of the builders will be perfect, you will always find some problems if you look for it. What matters is how well is this builder compared to others and will this property will add value or not. just my 2 cents. |
