Wadia supporting kalpataru riverside?? What happend to your Hirco & IB?

Ab aagaya na apney rasthe pe..

mere liye bhi station ke paas ek chakkaas flat doon na yaar, magar chotta budget mein.

kharghar sector 35, station se dhoor hogaya, metro kab aayega tab tak intejaar nahi kar sakta hoon.

Kharghar mei 40-50 mei bahut option milega. Station ke baaju mei prajapati gaurav hai..investor log ka market mei bahut flat hai is building mei. thoda door aaya to shilp chowk ke paas bahut options hai under 50 lakh mei. Abhi ke liye lena hai to kharghar is best for 50 lakh budget, wo bhi central park ke ye baaju mei.. wo baaju nahin.

you are funny dude. i said i have a budget of 50 lacs. how do you know i have 50 lacs or just 50 lacs. you are funny dude.
Back to topic, I am thinking more about kharghar. seems area around the central park is good. anyone know about properties around the central park area? And what are other good areas of kharghar?

I would recommend Arihant Krupa, because one of my friend bought 2 flats in this project. He booked at the Rate of Rs. 2400 psf in 2008. This builder has got many projects in Kharghar. Currently I think it may be around Rs. 3600-Rs.3800 psf.

Sector 27,. 2BHK, 1095 sqft, 41 lakhs base cost, project however sold out. So look for resale. I presume they will quote 4k.

Wadia bhai tumnheh kya sahi samjaya nitinbhai koh. Apan ko bhi todi info dena boss. Planning to buy something in Kharghar. Hows siddhi Grandeur(Sec-19) by Siddhi group. Looks good. Any inputs anyone about rate, builder etc.? Thanks...

Buy during Dasshera or in August/September. Now is not a good time.
