FYI

Vijay Associates Wadhwa Developers are planning to launch a new project in Ghatkopar .The name of the project is The Address. Its Launch date is 31st January 2010.
The best part about this launch is that, like never before , the property is just launching in 2 weeks from the date of its complete possession acquired by the developer.
He has planned a multi luxurious complex spread on 18.8 acres of land and has 12 towers of 25 storeys each .

This project is right next to kalpataru aura on the lbs road ghatkopar

There are 2.5,3,3.5 and 4 BHK apartments available in the same.
The rates are expected to be close to 9000/- Sq.ft

Please provide you inputs over the same

The project looks swanky but price I thought was higher considering almost ready constructions next to it are available at 10% cheaper...

they are quoting 9100psf+ floor rise of 50. 2 1/2 BHK measuring 1475 sq ft comes to approx 1.5 cr. They claim tht this will be one of the finest projects on LBS road with construction only on 20% land and rest is all for amenities. The only apprehension is the cemetry which is adjouringto this project. Pls advise as they claim that the upside cld be Rs 15 k psf by the time the project is ready..
