Are you getting BSP 7500 from any one if yes then it will be really intersting and very-2 good deal?

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum. Recently had a chance to know abt Discovery offices of Nirmal life style. Does anyone know the actual current status of the project, potential abt the project and any other relevant detail which I shud know before making the decesion to invest ??
The information given to me by the representative of Nirmal, was that the project excecution has started and the building has come upto the carpark level ie the 10th floor. He says that the possession would be after 3 yrs. He has qouted a rate of 13500/ sqft.
Any addtional info will be highly appreciated.

I am also planning to buy in Turquoise and going to close the deal. They are telling me a possesion date of 2016. Should I go with it, considering NLS history?

Huh! Looking at the way they are shifting the possession dates I dont think this project is worth more that 7500 (BSP). what rate are you getting junkguest?
