Noc for sale of flat
The house owned by me is in a flat. The coop.housing society was disolved due to infights and it is now under the control of a govt. Nominated representative - since more than three years. Recently i wanted to sell the flat. The registration and stamp duty by the buyer is already done. But the govt. Representative is not giving noc. Unofficially he is demanding money.
What should i do to get the noc. I have nothing outstanding towards the society. |
