DB Realty has bagged Mumbai's biggest redevelopment project at Bandra. Hope he completes "Orchid Ozone" the second biggest project on time

They seems to be all over place in mumbai but none of the project seems to be in completion stage

Hi New to the forum. I am a radio jockey. Booking a Flat in Ozone. Just want to ask has anybody taken loan from SBI. how much time they take to process.

I went to the site yesterday (28.08.2010) and they are quoting 5K something psf. I'm putting all my and my wife's money into this flat. Could you help me with what legal documents I need to check before purchasing it and what checklist I need to follow for purchasing property under construction.
Lodha property seemed too expensive. We liked the DB property and are saying that possession will happen in 2012. Please advice. My wife works near Mindspace and I have no travel problem. Is the area good, will it have good ROI?
Need your wise experienced advice.

Hi,

sorry for the delay in reply. HDFC needs income proof, ID proof. infact there is a check list available at HDFC outlet in the ozone site itslf. They are extremely helpful also.

Hey Guys It seems that Building no 34's registration will be in Mumbai as it is located inside Mumbai boundry. Any info about this?

When I bought the flat in Oct 2009, I was informed possession will be in Dec 2011. When I asked them in June 2010, they said possession will be Sept 2012! They keep on postponing the dates like crazy. I'm planning on selling the flat and buying another property elsewhere as I can't wait for so long. The rate at which the construction is going, it won't be ready even in 2014.

In the first week of august I booked a 2 BHK at 4995+18. already recd the allotment letter. any idea when they will provide agreement papers? and the demand letters?
