Hi people,I've been to DB Dahisar lately and saw that there is so much of work required to be completed as they are only completing the buildings that are visible from the main road so that people may assume that the work is hapenning at great speed. They are completing their work at their own pace . I spoke to one of the employees working at DB and he told me that the project would be completed by end of 2016.....WOW i said till then i will have to stay on rent. I'm tired of this nonsense. They are just showing of that their current rate psf i.e 7200/-...looks like they are doing us a favour...they think we people are . but just to let them know that the amount of the other properties besides them are gone wayyyyy ahead. I hope the project gets completed on time....its been such a waste of time, money, energy to invest in this property...... i wish to have invested somewhere else. One of the worst decisions made by me.![]() |

Rock20, if you wish to get back your investment, pls quote your price, I am interested in buying.
I agree, the construction is getting delayed and the builder past promises does not seem to inspire confidence. However, the construction quality seem to be good, they have RCC walls though the flat size is quite small and the buildings are very near to each other. |

I am more than willing to sell the flat to you, but i have not recovered the cost yet...soon wen i do that i wil sell it.... |

heard from few people that DB will not give possession before 2016.
1. Agreement is favouring them and they are loopholes of law is also going to favour them. 2. They have sold flats on booking at much lower which just covers their cost + small margin. 3. Too many investors are competing to sell within themselves and also with DB. 4. No actual selling happening at DB. So this leads to delay in construction. 5. Increasing price by DB to show that property is getting costlier but no real sale. Its just notional gain. This is what i heard from few real estate agents. Please cross check from your side. |

I also have the same feeling. I think they will not give possession at least in the next 5 years.
unlike lodha they did complete sale. lodha started doing phase wise sale and hence they could get benefit of high price also. let us see what happenes

last results declared by db realty few days back they have said they plan to complete construction by 2014, a year ahead of the promised date.

Completion by 2014 is not possible...have you'll seen the amount of work required to complete...there is so much....its not happening before Jan 2017... they are taking their own sweet time...hope they give us the possession atleast 2 years before the world ends...they are not bothered at all...and are not scared of anything....taking each day as it comes....My friend purchased a 1bhk and a 2bhk in DB in the year 2009 and sold both lately as his bldgs plinth level has just started.....nyways lets HOPE FOR THE BEST.
