now they say that construction will commence in august 2010.every month there is a new month given.dont know when finally they will start.i think now they will apply for 25floors.initially it was 14 floors then 17 .i think now they have permision for 20 floors.

I getting problem from HDFC for loan they say Blue print and CC which gave them is of Land not the Building and you say we have tie up with Orchid Ozone property In this age where coustomer satisfaction is taken care this people will make you run for small small thing In total i have visited HDFC for 5 times and they are not ready to disburse amount now. They are not co operative as well. very bad experience. Anybody has such experience please share with us.[/QUOTE]
Hi Roshan, Not sure what Blue Print and CC they gave to you. As far as disbursement is concerned, what disbursement are you asking for from HDFC ? I mean unless you instruct them with the builder's demand notice and Artchitect's certificate, no bank will disburse the amount. Secondly, I got my loan done from SBI. You won't believe (even I dint believe initially). SBI co-operated me more than what I expected. Only two visits - one to show them the original receipts from the builder and the other for disbursement (have taken SBI's life cover towards the loan). Even I found HDFC little strange. Based on a personal experience, will give 100 out 100 to SBI........cheers!! |

I think thats the reason we are here so that we can form a group so later on when Builder delays further we can ask for Rent till he gives procession this has happened in past so it it can happen we have more ways to collaborate now then it was earlier through Forums and social networking sites but we need to be united and stay in touch for it to happen I encourage people to keep posting there views and get more people involved here to form a bigger group also join Orkut group as mentioned earlier.

well am reading with amusement people advocating forming a group and putting pressure on builder.Guys this is India not USA that you can put pressure.Anyway;s builder has mentioned 2014 as possession date so if you feel builder will delay beyond 2014 also then God Bless all.Forming a group and discussing the delay's and giving hope to each other though is a good idea.not trying to discourage anyone but just being practical.
.also just ask for views view direct tax code bookings made after 1st july 2010 would attract service tax.so just asking for any expert opinion as to we will also have to pay service tax on our remaining instalments.

Well I had booked 1 apartment in this project. But then because of lack of funds, I asked the builder to return my booking amount to me.

I don't think from a short term perspective, there was much upside from here. And I don't want to be stuck in a project that will take 3-4 years to be completed. Think about this, what if the property market goes down? And the project is not completed? I don't want to end up paying Rs 46 lakh for something that might be worth 36lakhs. But this was my speculation. Btw, I had booked it just as an investment purpose and not to live there...
