I am plannning to purchase flat in andheri/goregaon( east) and am confused

Can some one give feedback about Orchid Woods project (DB realty)? How is it ...is it really value for money .
How does it stand in comparison with Oberoi splendour in andheri east and Sattelite tower in goregaon east

Pls pls help

It is priced highly compared to the Satellite Gardens in Goregaon East. But location/ surroundings wise better. Also the loading is quite high (more than 40%).

Goregaon east is a good investment place. 8-9k would have been a good price
