Is this project opposite maruti showroom touching SV road (Redevelopment of teachers colony). The one you have mentioned at RS9500 psft and Rs 50 fllor rise. When is the project about to start?

SVP Nagar MHADA rooms were sold under 1 Lakh in 1989 or 1990 and most of the rooms were baught by Marathi people. Later many sold these rooms to others for 2-3 lakh rupees in 1992-1993 and many film people baught the rooms. Later many made then two story and were getting good rental income as television and film industry moved to Link road Andheri west. 90% of these rooms at present belong to Film/Tv people and most of Editing rooms, Sound recording rooms, Digital music recording rooms , Film office are in this area. SVP nagar MHADA or ADARSH Nagar on Link road are full of Film/Television related activites. SVP nagpr and Adarsh Nagr both are going for Redevelopment. It not true that you will find most of Marathi in MHADA SVP Nagar or Adarsh Nagar. most of Marathi people sold these Rooms and have moved to other places.

Hi, group members.
Just here to share a soft launch coming up in Kalina, opp Mumbai University premises on main road. The developer will take 70-80% on booking with special rates also 50-30-20% scheme also available. The booking or amount will be taken once the developer receives IOD but looking at the market in next 4 months down the line this property will be sold out in a month as there are on 12 flats to sell in G+Podium+10.... This is a redevelopment property... Please share your views about a expected rate in that area. |

I agree with highrise comment, in my own building a parsi has purchase all the 4 flats on the same floor, all 2bhk and also has investment in vashi. News is that he sold his south mumbai property.

The rate will be around 12500+ psf..
The rates in the area are not expected to fall.. but I am not certain on the quality of the construction of the building.. The rate is for the area and the proximity to BKC.. The entire area is congested and was middle class.. but suddenly seen a spurt since 2007.. Your capital will be protected and maybe will appreciate.. but the house may not be to everyone's liking.. small rooms, tiny bathrooms and lack of compound space with little privacy.. Quote:
