Could you put in details of pre-launches (which are not advertised in papers / website) but you get get through broker calls / SMS for western and Central Suburbs. (One may create similar threads for Thane / Navi Mumbai) . Please also put in details of any benefit on upfront payment etc . Would be interesting to see how the rates of projects move.

There is going to be a pre-launch of property at Goregaon West - Siddharth Nagar. Will provide the details in a couple of days as soon as the pricing and other details are known. Trying to get some group discount.

One broker has offered me Rs 12204 per sqft for LODHA FIORENZA project at Goregaon East. Construction is going to start soon. It is near to western express high way adjacent to Goregaon Hub mall. It has 2 BHK (1251), 3 BHK (1575), 4 BHK duplex (5355) flat. Rate is beyond my budget hence I am not considering this offer.

The above mentioned projects are all pre launch projects and out of all ektas cronicles is one of the best. becuase of its low prices and build by one of the reputed builders of mumbai.
PM me if anyone intreasted in furture details of projects like elevatione and payment schedule,etc.

When most of the people are struggling to get the 1st home in BMC limit , there are people looking for a second one. So I guess we have lots of people with lots of cash.

Seems like a lot of people are selling their houses in South Mumbai at enormous amounts and buying a couple flats in plush buildings in this part of town hence the demand. Ek rehne ke liye doosra rental income ke liye :-)

There is a pre-launch project at Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West, almost touching SV Road. The pre-launch price is 9500/- + 50/-, only 3BHK's with sizes 1500 to 1700. 40% due!!
