Default Properties in Ulwe

Does anyone have any ideas about the properties in Ulwe near nhava sheva ? I dont see any renowned builder there. But I intend to buy a flat for living there. Is it worth it ?

Default The asking rate is really low

They are offering properties for as low as 2400 P.S.F. Is it really worth it ? Has anyone been there ? How is the power and water situation there ??

It costs around 400 Crores per km to build a sealink

Since the sealink is around 22.5 kms, it would cost close to 9000 Crores to build the same.

The govt has announced that it would build the link without private sector participation.

I find it v unlikely that the govt will find/raise the resources...the project will take atleast 20-25 years to come up

Meanwhile the builders will keep raising the prices !

I completely agree with you. We can see how much time Bandra-Worli sealing took !!!
Anyway builders have to earn bundles of money..so they wil keep on hyping the things with collaboration of some government elements...
