I am looking to purchase land (Without hassle and clear titles ) near Mumbai, within 100kms for Long term Investment, say 10 years
Can anyone help me and put some Inputs
Also appreciate comments on any other developing areas for good returns.

A suggestion, Land is always prone to encroachments. Hope you have the time and the required strength to make sure this doe not happen.
