Hi Rianna,

All the best on this deal, though unable to share any valuable inputs on the approvals, etc but had seen the sample flat around 1 1/2 yrs, very good one, ago was getting a rate of 7700 psf + flr rise, was expecting a price reduction which did not happen.

My worry for this project was too many flats in a relatively small area and the amenities will collapse compared to the probable number of residents, but then again that might be the case for most of the projects in Mumbai. Chandivali area can sometimes get flooded during heavy rains, know about that happening in Nahar Amrit Shakti earlier (common in Mumbai), not sure about Raheja Vistas and obviously the entry and exit points to Chandivali are quite clogged with Traffic during the peak hours (again the case with most of the Mumbai areas)

Some pros observed are, the entry road to this property is quite good and Bombay Scottish school is just opposite with close proximity to Powai and the place is not noisy.

Please share the final quote that you are able to get from the builder.

more than the constrained in-society spaces, the main concern about Raheja Vista is that once the Boomerang Commercial building (Kanakia's) becomes operational, the approach to Saki Vihar road will turn into a major headache. Imagine 10's of thousands of people and vehicles on that narrow approach road!

neither the builder nor the brokers will tell about such information..
