I Think Rs 8100psf is high, because the main part is u wont get the possession before 5 years. not worth for so long wait.

Who mentioned it will take 5 years!!!

I booked earlier a 2.5bhk this march and construction is in good swing. The expected possession is Dec 2011 for my flat. May add another 2-3 months for some delays.

For the new launch you may expect possession in 2years from launch.

I read in this forum itself that it will take 5 years. Someone said it might take 5 Years. Thanks for ur info.

Best to speak to sales or visit their site office; I know some one in sales there. Just in case you want his details.

Had called up with the Builder Sales Incharge person at the Site office, he mentioned that they have not yet announced this pre-launch and the agents are doing this to gather the database. Dont know the real story.

The booking is open but rates are 8000-8100 psqft. Any one knows, if they have the approvals to start the project? As per information they will start from Sept 2010 but completion will be best informed by existing clients of K(?) wing. ICICI/HDFC are there to welcome you there.

I believe they already have plans approved for entire Raheja Vistas which is a cluster of 11 buildings (A-K) and they are launching one of those. Wing K was the first to start construction.
