Real Estate agents and fees
What are typical fees of real estate agent in Mumbai region (Exclude south mumbai)?
Is it worth going to agents or you may be paying same or higher price with commission? |

I have seen advertisement from a reputed company REBI - which charges 0% brokerage for BUYERS - New flats/residences. Whereas for Sellers it depends within range of 2% to 3%. In case you are interested do get in touch

for rentals: 1.5 -2 months rent
for purchase: 2% of the deal amount If they help you with all the paperwork etc, then it is okay to pay them this amount.. else negotiate based on what services they are going to provide you.. |
