Hello All,
I am in this big time confusion and guess that this question would be troubling others too. Lets use this thread to discuss the situation and which is a better option; whether to opt for a flat in Resale or book one in a new construction. I am looking for a resale and want to know what others think in this present real estate market in Mumbai/Navi-Mumbai/Thane. Thank you, Warm regards, Nishant |

i had already raised this issue in another thread and feel this would be cheaper/better. Of course, refurbishment essential. Both from end-user/investing angle
