Greetings to everyone on this festive season. Pls share some information on sea princess realty project in Thankur Village. Has the project kicked off? I heard about it some time back and then there was no news. Are there any issues with the project?

Got to know that Sea Princess realty have got CC till the 13th floor very recently(last week of May).
How to check the authenticity of the additional CC?

I believe bookings till 9th floor (Gundecha Premiere)was completed quickly without a formal launch.
Is this a good builder/ property to invest in?

any update on this project "Gundecha premiere". believe they are constructing the 10th floor. anyone been to the site recently. what does the builder says regarding completion of the project.

presently 14th slab under construction. a week back, got the news, they have received the permission from 14th to 20th floor.
rates are around 11000 psf. flats available from 14th floor onwards through builder, and some in the down floors through brokers.

the scheduled possession of Mar 2013, will be delayed to Mar 2014.

anyone got a flat there/ any other news.

Does any body know the real reason for delay in launching this project?

Yesterday met with a broker, its a pre-launch offer Rs 10,500 psf + Rs 60/- floor rise...10% booking amt, 10% in 2 months..

The price is attractive..

Any suggestions..
