Hi, I am seriously looking for a peaceful and pollution free place for my retirement. I have visited a the Senior Citizens Village at Neral (East), Nr. Karjat. The project has all the amenities that a senior citizen would need. The property rate quoted for a 2BHK 750 sq.ft cottage in a plot of 2400 sq.t is Rs.15 lacs. Is this a reasonable rate? You cannot own the plot(land) but you will be issued a share certificate against the cottage.
This project is being set up by 'Senior Citizens Trust' having their office at Kailash Esplanade, LBS Marg, Opp. Shreyas Cinema, Ghatkopar -West.

Can you advice me if it would be safe to invest in this project. What documents should I verify before I make any payment or sign an agreement? Are there any such projects in or around Karjat?

Try with Expat properties they have cleat title plots,

Also try OURTOWN in khardi..

I read one news in MT that in igatpuri, there is one asharam Known as NIRADHAR SEVA SANGH by Mauli vanprasthashram near pimpary sadroddin governed by Mr. Karandikar mobil no. is 09372359562. pl try there also.

Dear Drole,

What is your opinion on our town in Khardi. They are offering me plot of 1800 sq ft for a total price of Rs. 8,46,000/ in 36 installment ( Rs. 23,500 each month). Is the price ok or on higher side. What wil be the resale value after 3 yers??
