I have booked a flat with Space India on their project at Valap, Panvel. Name of the project is 'greenwood estate'.

I am from Pune, when I applied SBI Home loan at Pune, they told me to apply from Panvel branch.
Not sure how to proceed.

Glad to have found someone who has booked in the same project.

Im in the process of approaching various banks for applying for loan. Will get back to you from what i find from the SBI branch at my place.

ok, i think we should form a buyer groups of greenwood estate (i created one in fb). one thing i realized that space india is not supportive, what is your view/experience
