There is no builder who is selling ready possession flats for 2500 psf in kharghar. Our friend seems to have got carried away in emotions & just typed it..... Get real pal, if you find deals 2500 psf, you wouldn't be telling people about this treasure until you took your share of it

I was there at Ulwe with a broker yesterday and found out that the on-going rates from decent builders (Neel Sidhi, Paradise, Akshar etc) have reached in the range of 4000-4500.
In fact, all the projects in Navi Mumbai that I researched 3-4 months ago have appreciated by 20% at least. |

Ulve has reached 4500, kharghar has reached 7500, palm beach road has reached 12000 !!! Just the news of the airport has made such a difference. It will only keep getting expensive now or be stagnant for a long time. Navi mumbai is becoming unaffordable now.

Hey guys... sometime back i heard that Mahindra Lifespaces was planning to launch a residential project in Kharghar? Would anyone have any info on that?

Yep, Neel Siddhi was quoting 4000 for pre-launch property in Ulwe. Some builders are quoting 6K for Kharghar...(i heard not sure which ones)
