Hi Pavitra,

what are the troubles are you aware regarding the project because I have not heard any of those ,in fact I now understand that the project can now be finance through bank loan and also hear that they are all sold out?
Did you invest ?

Everything was under wraps since the time it was first launched 4 years ago............... now suddenly they have opened up for sale. They claim completion by Dec 2013 (Tower A) and July 2014 (Tower B) which makes me feel even more suspicious given that they have only come to plinth and level 4 podium. I dont think possession will happen then. On the whole sounds a bit risky to me.

They say that banks have approved the project but when you ask for approval reference number they get caught out..... they say the paper work is under process. Approval under process and getting approval are two different matters.

What do people think of Omkar projects in general ? Am I just getting overly paranoid ?

Omkar has got funding from 2 investors in the recent past - this should give you some comfort re their ability. they did a soft lanuch at 7,500 then opened bookings in jan 2010 at 9950. they are taking limited bookings at 14,000 now. the location is not the best, but this is one of the most affordable in this area.
