OMG... 12k... we saw it when it was 7.5k... Certainly, the prices are going over the roof now....

Btw, we nailed down on a bunglow in Sai Baba Nagar... so the search finally came to an end.... thanks everyone for inputs here...

There is something seriously wrong with Mumbai if Dahisar is asking for 90Lacs for a 2.5BHK. If this is true, then all I can say is that Mumbai-RE has officially gone MAD.
