This is from Wadhwa developers... The price is very reasonable...

Any inputs on the location? I have heard that there were some murders recently behind that building which is a jungle... Any inputs would be appreciated...

The price quoted there is 6500 / sq ft... Was 6000 a month back... and the good thing is its on link rd but at the very tip of North Mumbai... might also be a good option for you since you are looking for apt in Yogi Nagar area etc..

6500 is kind of high .. is it in ready position ..is it near the bunch of granite stores and an illegal garage ?

I think its beyond the kanderpada, link road last bus stop. You get down at the bus stop and keep walking straight.
