Hello all,
Can you please advise as to where may be the best areas to look at in view to buying a 2BHK flat which will be convenient location and likely to appreciate due to completion of the Metro rail line? What type of prices in these areas today? Thanks |

Thanks for the reply. What do you think reasonable square foot rates are there. Also what about the proposed north-south metro line (Anderi to Colaba)? Is it worth looking for something in that area? Maybe Anderi or Yari Road? Or is it too early for that still? Any thoughts are apprecited. Thks

Areas around Saki Naka, Chandivali should be around 5.5 - 6 K per sqft. The next line is around the Western Suburbs...Rates would be much higher already unless you are looking at areas around Charkop etc...!
