I would like to know the current price trend. and which area in Nagpur is good for real estate investment.

hello Dipti,

Prices never went down in Nagpur City and also places which were near to the city like Besa, Manish Nagar. Although prices for places in 'Jungle' are gone down a bit or there are no buyers at all for those places (e.g. plots behind 'satyam city' or 'sahara city')

With start of work of Outer RIng Road (which is also part of the North-South Corridor), rates along with the proposed road has started going up and in some places gone up twice/trice (i.e. Umred Road)
