At last it seems Realtox are looking to sell their project. Found the price list on gharkul website which predominantly lists Nagpur projects.

Has any one looked at this project as investment opps?

Hello,

I think they have removed the rate card from the sites. However the rates haven't changed since than and are quoted at 2700/- per sq. ft.

Hello..
I would like to know if anyone has checked the location and project. If yes, does it look good for investment purpose? I am not in Nagpur currently, but will be coming to NGP soon and planning to check out the project. So thought to get some insight on this if anyone has.

My NRI frnd has also booked flat 9th flr 37lacs in FIRST CITY...

NIT has expanded up to 25 KM from zero file,
Therefore better to book a plot and build your own villa on Vardha road.
It will be cheaper and better option. Plot prices are around 800 Rs SQFT, Much cheaper than Flat.

yeah thats true. but slightly now plot prices are alos increasing on Wardha Oad

true. also FirstCity does not have permission to sell flats to people outside the SEZ.
