I believe Hingna has lots of good colleges & some industries also. How about Residential rates in Hingna? Are there some good projects from reputed builders in Hingna?

Hingana is amazingly great!....its going to grow like anything in near future.

hingha is too costly - although areas near new stadium will see rerating soon

however i m looking to add to my chindwara rd prop

Hingna road is a good location for investment, lots of colleges and an MIDC(industrial area too) also a power plant (Abhijeet group) and now the Butibori MIDC is also on expansions which basically will expand towards mohagaon Zilpi. Buy plots, they are very cheap rite now, anything near the road connecting wardha road to amravati road.

Yes, Hingana Road is a very good destination for real estate investment bcoz of mushroom growth of engg colleges and industrial area advantage.

As of now, plot cost is also in control so u can go for purchasing a plot.
