Dear friends any upodate on Khaniya city Phase 2, It is more than 18 months now. I think we all got stuck up we are getting new dates every time fro builder,

Thats true. There is no progress in construction.
Looks like...builder is yet to get an approval from NMC.

I think we should try to get our money back from the builder.
Probably, we may get better options than kanhaiyya city.

Recently I purchased 3 bhk flat at Jamtha location frm Jham builder.I seen the NIT approval which they got for this project as well as recently I visited nagpur that time I visited to their site,The construction has been already started.If u have any doubt then you can visited at their site behind VCA stadium.I feel its a good deal for us.In near future the IT company like Infosys,HCL will start their operation that time there will be lot of option available with us.
