Land rates about 4 km inside the VCA Stadium Wardha Road
Hello,
I was curious regarding the Land rates about 4 km inside the VCA Stadium on Wardha Road. 3 years back it was 350-450 psf. Also I want to know the future of Wardha road touch-- Hinga ..land rates... Will it be advisable to purchase the land now for long term investment like 15 years?? What is the progress of Empyrean City/Sahara City/Mihan/IT Companies around this area? Thanks |

I also own a plot in Khadka, Around 4 KM inside of VCA but close to outer ring road. I bought it 2 years ago at around 450/SQFT.I think there is not much development around that area and prices are same since last 2 years.
Though personally i feel it might pick up well in very long term (next 10+ years) |
