appreciate your suggestions on this:

jham builders..kanhaiyya city waghdhara hingna road.

-the construction work has not progressed and seems it has been halted for more than 06 months now.
-builder hasn't call people for registration/stamp duty formalities and have taken initial 25% as an agreement amount.
-there seems to be approval still pending from NMC.
-there is a clause in the agreement saying cancellation charges as 20% of total cost.

i have purchased this property as an investment but seems becoming a bottleneck now.

Hi, Recently while visit to Nagpur I have seen the progress. Garden and swimming pool has been developed.

Jham Builders is spun-off entity from Venkatesh City builders. As far as I know, builder is good and Venkatesh City they have built is also of good quality.

Last week, I got a call from Jham builders agent and they have started on Plinth now...

RADIOACTIVE seems to be builder's representative..!
No construction work has been started on the site since the project has been launched(Sept 2010).

Also, came to know that the builder still dont have an approval on project from NMC. This is really serious.

Hence, looks like it is high time and customers should start filing complaints against JHAM builders.

Consumer courts would best to approach to punish such builders.

We are a group of people who has booked properties in this project and will move to consumer court. Would request interested parties to join us.

thanks for bringing real info. Well, I am not representative of JHAM builders. During last time visit to Nagpur in April 2011, I had visited actual site and saw the progress.

But as per your info, if this is the case then yes we all can go against the builder.
