Default Sahara City - Nagpur

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has purchased a property at Sahara city. I went there today (Nov 13, 2011) and found that they have given possession of two buildings already. One thing is sure that there is absolutely no township of Sahara's calibre yet. I am planning on booking a 1BHK and they are quoting 21 lacs. Want to hear from others if it is a good long term investment (10 yrs +)

The construction of Sahara buildings were started almost 10yrs back. If I were to buy I would consider this fact in mind before booking. There is currently another scheme under construction just next to Sahara City (chk details on kul dot com)

There is no facilities available near the Sahara city and would take long time, considering Mihan might not materialize soon due to economic crisis around world. Also, there are Residential complexes within Mihan with good amenities then who would want to live outside of the complex?

BIG NO ..... if it is your hard earned money avoid Sahara City homes !!!!. It is my personal experience, I already stagnated my money for many years in their account and then got it back without interest by FORCE. In my case it was for Sahara city Homes Choma, Gurgaon

Please note: If it is ready to move in then you can think of investing but Sahara never do such things because they always uses money of the masses for their different projects in other places and later return you back with or without interest through so called Sahara Agents. Beware of long list shown by those agents because it's always contains dummy/fake customers.
