Thinking of buying a property in Gopal Nagar, near Nagpur IT park - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,

I am planning to buy a re-sale flat near Nagpur IT park in Gopal Nagar and the rate quoted by the reseller is 3200 per sq ft. After i asked the reasons for quoting this rate, the answer given was the proximity to IT park and the property in the heart of the city. Is this worth it? If i purchase this property will it further appreciate ? Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Gopal nagar is good area but price quoted is somewhat high. Check with Abhijeet Constructions - they have good townships in Somalwada area... Quality construction

If you are looking for some premium range appt i can suggest a project by Golden Infrastructures on the main road of Gayatri nagar where all IT companies are located

WE are a group of senior executives of PSU and we wish to form a society and construct our own flats in Nagpur..it will be definitely cheaper than a purchase from builder..anyone interested please contact chandwani174gmail.com

I have property in the area you have mentioned. 50 m inside the lane adjoining the main pratap nagar road. 4th floor 950 sq ft super built up.. semi furnished. top (4th) floor with lift and parking...

Have you identified any property? Who is the builder, You should go for a reputed builder like Concrete etc.
