Second, If I am getting, lets say 6% disc, how much of it I have to share with broker ? Is there any market rule or its upto bargaining power ?

Why you want to share your 6% with broker. Wouldn't he receive his cut before you get your share?.

I had been to 3C office on Friday evening. Allotment letter will be rolled out after 1 month only and construction will start after 2-3 months.

i was talking in context with 11,12 and 12a towers.....

for 8, 9 , 10 u r right...they are north facing.....

Apartments in 11, 12, 12A are facing either towards North-East or South-West.
