these are special purpose companies created for each new project to limit legal liabilities of the parent company. so if a disaster happens only the new company will go bankrupt not the whole parent company.

Hi all, I booked a flat in LP via om sai global a few months back. I got a 7% discount from them and for the ones who think they are fraud I have already got complete 3% credit note back from them(booked in DP plan) infact i would say they way they helped me all through the buying process was commendable and would really encourage people to book through them. They are transparent and would help you get the best of units available.

sacho the allegations you have mentioned are not based on true facts. I would request you to delete your posts made against om sai global, they don't deserve to be treated this way. Infact if possible, I would like to meet you in person maybe at the project site some time soon. You may send me a private message indicating the time and date you would be available.

Good luck to all future buyers, do not believe what has been written against Om Sai global, I have experienced them and would recommend them to one and all..

P.S: New buyers make sure you do not deal with Om Sai Global, there might be a number of reasons why would you want to deal with them but trust me there are a lot more reasons why you should not, and of what I have seen via a few friends of mine, they are an absolute NO, rest is all risk with 0% chances of getting through!

7% disc on DP ???

and you have got full 3% credit note

was it 4 + 3 % (looks like CLP disc )

To me Sachin LP looks like a guy from Sai OM Global itself. People can have good or bad experience and no harm in sharing it, so no need to get offended if someone shares some bad experience abt an agent

Booked recently at Rs 3200 PSQFT BSP and 6.5% discount..
