Alright buddy I booked in Tower 16 in Sep' 10. Paid the booking amont and two more installments in Nov and Jan respectively. Obviously 3 are paid within 90 days from the booking date...

Now after paying paid the 3rd in Jan I expect the 4th one sometime in April since per the recent update (pics) Tower 14/15/16 construction has just started with the 2'nd level basement coming up... so thats when I expect it. If its sooner I will be surprised and will need to validate the progress onsite.

BTW, I know 2 more people who are in tower 16 since they emailed on the lotuspanacherwa(at)gmail.com ID. So incase there are surprises we can collectively give a shout...

I spoke to Sales 3C office today and they say that 4th installment for tower 14 will be due in April...so I suppose, its the same for 15 n 16.

what is the resale rate in phase 1? any indicative range if you have tried buying/selling will help. also to avoid confusion and funny comments please let me know both bsp as well as all inclusive rates if possible.

Just received 4th Demand Note for Tower - 8. Due Date : 28th Feb.

Picture printed behind Demand note not very clear. Seem they're still working on Ground Flr. and expect to slab the roof by 28th Feb.

Thanks Prateek! .. i spoke to the 3C guys yesterday and they told me that for tower 16, it will take at least 4-5 months from today. He said the earliest that we can expect the 4th Installment is May.

I heard now 3C is launching a project in sector 101. With so many projects launched in parallel is it right to invest in 3C now.

3C is getting appreciation because of the speed of construction. Is this the trap go gain confidence in first two project and then perform like other builders.
