If its sooner I will be surprised and will need to validate the progress onsite. BTW, I know 2 more people who are in tower 16 since they emailed on the lotuspanacherwa(at)gmail.com ID. what is the resale rate in phase 1? any indicative range if you have tried buying/selling will help. also to avoid confusion and funny comments please let me know both bsp as well as all inclusive rates if possible.

Just received 4th Demand Note for Tower - 8. Due Date : 28th Feb.
Picture printed behind Demand note not very clear. Seem they're still working on Ground Flr. and expect to slab the roof by 28th Feb. Rgds, |

I heard now 3C is launching a project in sector 101. With so many projects launched in parallel is it right to invest in 3C now.
3C is getting appreciation because of the speed of construction. Is this the trap go gain confidence in first two project and then perform like other builders. |
