Default For Good Brand Image

True thing " it is difficult to build Brand, but it is more difficult to maintain it".

To maintain a brand, Management has to think over all small issues, although aluminium doors & window issue is not that much small.

Another thing if they have to put their brand on the same pace , they have to sort out this aluminium issue also. Further , in coming days when people will live inside society, many things will come out, apart from maintenance issue. If 3 C will able manage all, rate will further appreciate and may touch Rs 7000-8000.

But if unable to maintain and try to be over smart, then it is true that Market is more smart.

I would think this fact is not leak-able that the all external fiittings & furnishings which they showed would be there................the reality is total loading of flats/ stuff being provided on posession would definetely differ.....................this has been done across the industry................regarding brand yes there's a marketing strategy and they have done well but with time they have slackended down and there attiudes have gone down to being arrogant and snooty at times..................Regarding cost i dont think any person is going to feel happy whether they have paid 3k or 6k if quality goes down as they have been paying interest to banks and moreover there emotions are at stake too..............this is a lifelong affair in savings for some if not all................regards

i wish to buy LP or LB approx.delivery in july 2013. About 10th floor. About 1200 sft. Pls suggest towers and app price that shd be paid. thanks.
