dear i am also the one who support 3c , as i am also invested with them, i too wants good quality, but dont allow other to just blame without any logical,confirm fact..

i support critics, as well as those who praise them for something which they deserve..

because i have investment with other developers like supertech,SARE,Bestech,3C,dlf...
i rate 3c above all for my investment return..
personally i dont like 2.75 FAR factor of noida, so invest in Banglore recently in salarpuria santity and sanorita project..

Till date I have neither invested in 3C nor I have invested in entire Noida.
So If 3C will provide TIN/PLASTIC like things , then also I need not have to worry.

This thing is only concern with buyers and invester of 3C, not for others.

I am still in search of good property in Noida, with reasonable rate, and by such issues , if reslae rate in 3C projects will come down to 3600-3800 , then i may think to invest.

One More thing :-

L Chand Bhai , you have told the correct thing, 3C employees and agents are active on this forum and one can easily identify them in such kind of quality related discussion against 3C.

Dear, nobody is telling you to invest (not even 3C). They are here to sell like any other builder with all marketing gimmicks/hype & showcasing good sample flats... Its your wishful thinking for 3C projects prices will be down to 3600-3800 bsp (i guess)...At this point, you can't get any decent builder project around these prices, even at inferior locations...3C slightly has an edge at this point with better locations, fast construction with good marketing gimmicks...
But, their quality in a residential society & good maintainability has yet to be seen...As an end user in 3C LP, i feel 3C will deliver good society & maintain it well...But, we shouldn't be blind in praising 3C (which this group doesn't seem to be, until you just don't bash, but present with logical & true facts)... If it fails to, all the hype will diminish and prices will go down at your wishful price or even lower...
