Default Next Demand for Tower 12

Anyone in Tower 12 who has got the demand for Electric/Plumbing work OR have any idea when that would be raised ? I have asked 3c team a few times in last one month and everytime they say in 2 weeks.

Sorry for going off topic but there is a very good thing about Ats : they have diamonds like you who are either educated people invested in Ats and who love to justify their investments OR marketing staff of Ats who do BRAND PROMOTION on forum as forum is best source of promotion for NRI clients.
I am also associated with an IT giant and I am out of india for 150 days every year on an average. We are also a group of active investors in real estate and forum is our main info source when we are travelling.

Please do not say WITHOUT BROKERS. This is the official version shown to people. Put any ats deal in market and call them inside ats telling that you wanna sell your unit. You will see sector 18 brokers calling you all alone. Do they dream that you want to sell ? No, they get your details from company guy. A friend in punjab is undergoing such situation. Regarding fresh bookings all promoters on net are either sophisticated brokers or their own marketing guys.

I still think ATS is over hyped. Especially because it is the first project in Noida that can be termed as having good facilities, club and looks lot green with large trees all around. At the same time, I find it (ATS 93 I'm talking about that is considered as THE PROJECT) a lot cluttered, not much open space and at some places (especially their 3BHKs) pathetic.
Come to Gurgaon and you will see a lot better places to live in and the standards much higher. ATS stands no-where in front of them.
So, when I try to compare 3C with anybody, I do it with Gurgaon projects, simply because I live here.And I see many persons living in Gurgaon have invested in 3C just because they wanted -
1. more space at less price, as gurgaon is already very costly.
2. just to have another property in Noida as having one/two in gurgaon already - geographical redundancy in the investment .

So, while I've seen the office spaces of 3C (green boulevard) and some other buildings like People Tree, I see a special CLASS of 3C that i find nowhere else, and that makes me feel better and believe that YES, 3C can DELIVER.

Boulevard sample look good, especially when I look at the club house - it is HUGE.
I expect 3C will come upto their mark when delivering Panache, especially Panache Islands.

BTW, again I'm saying - these are my personal views, not attributed/targeting anyone personally.
And, I'm not a 3c guy

i too believe LP island will be at par with ATS village when completed and better BET the ATS one hamlet (exluding few tower of OH).

L300 is having bigger app size so dont campare..

hope they deliver Lb and LP soon without any excitment like noida shows these days(wave,logic,paras .. with NA notices..)

its actually on one inside wall in each of the panache island towers...pls note, theres a bit of maintenance cost of this, so I am kind of happy that not all the walls have the vertical landscaping...

Buddy - I own a unit in Panache Island but honestly, i like One Hamlet over Panache Island..No doubt PI will also be amazing to stay in especially between the water, but ATS has its own charm..especially the gentry and maintenance..

By far, i think their CREDIBILITY is the most in the market and that is what has taken their prices to upwards of 10-11k+ in ATS village...Rest assured, the way One Hamlet constrn is coming up, they have once again gone ahead to justified their superiority over any other HIG project in Noida...

Can someone please share when tentatively is expected next demand for Tower 1 , and what is the construction state now?
