Here, at Gurgaon one of the owner pays a maintenance of 5000 rupees for a 2200 sqft flat that includes the power back charges too... its fixed he said. This society is in sector-56 of Gurgaon

Kendriya Vihar, Noida (across LP) is spread over 40 acres with 2276 flats only. It is stilts + 4 floors with lifts. Presently maintenance is 750 for 3 BHK..no power back up..

Just had a word with 3c,
TOWER 4 : 16th floor roof slab in construction ,
expect the deman note with in next 10 days. So by 15th July it should reach .

Though pace has picked up but still not up the mark.

Floor a piece in one month isnt really impressive. Considering this phase lagging behind for no reason, pace should be noticeable minimum of 2 floors a month is what is required or at least one complete floor and second roof slab under construction is what is required. This way they will take another 10 months just to complete the structure, possession I dont know when.

Default Number of Floor increased ???

In their layout plan (current one on lotuspanache.in) Tower -30 shows G + 22 floors,
But the tower is already at G + 23 floors !!

Any recent change ??

One good thing is that T-30 was at G + 23 , last month too. So maybe it has topped out.

but lots of area under stair,club other amanities like school and conentional centres. are not paying any thing.. tis mean cal on saleable area is correct.
