3C hasnt deliverd a single project, Its earlier projects were a steal becoz of their proce and location...even after delivery if they do 70% of what they promisd..the owners of those projects will be happy.....but in this case...they are simply MAKING HAY WHILE THE SUN SHINES

Unrealistic prices are bound to generate a poor response. I feel for those few who would still get trapped in the initial hysteria created by REAs with messages like prices set to revise soon etc.

In case if the project does not pick up,
then 3c might be forced to increase the goodies ,
I am sure they will not reduce the price ...as that would be a big dent in their image ...

Rightly said. That's a tried and tested strategy too! I wonder why people end up buying a house if they are offered an A/C or a Car. Any1 remember Jaypee giving away BMWs few years ago?

At least Jaypee was giving Cars for a premium property in the best location...this is average location and nothing premium about it...why pay so much for this...not worth it...its price should be Maximum 2700-2800 psf
