How do feel about "Aditya Celebrity Homes" of Agarwal Associates Group at sector-76?

Can we talk about pros and cons of this builder?

Comments from all Senior/Junior members would be most welcome.

The plans look good when compared to Gardenia or Amrapali silicon for almost similar size flats. I could see there is a mention of TERRACE in their plans. Could someone please tell what is this concept of TERRACE and how is it different from a BALCONY.

It seems same Group has built Aditya Mega City in Indirapuram. Saw lots of stories of this builder having changed the master plan after collecting PLC and built extra towers.
Detailed research is advisable..........

Adita mega city project is Indirapuram was delayed more than 2 week and they changed the initial project plan Drastically. This same thing happened in many other projects in Indirapuram too due to recession phase.

I don't think that here it plan could be changed in the similar way as Noida authority is very strict on map approval but builder indeed is not much trustworthy.

I visited and talked to aditya mega city indirapuram residents.... project was delivered 2.5-3 yrs late than comitted date, widout penalty... even it is still not fully finished...... also they erected extra tower in the place prior shown as park....... it clearly shows intention of builder...... also hv u noticed studio apartments in celebrity homes plan? Aditya is big NO for me and friends.

Totally agree Mr.Agarwal, big no for Aditya.People should be aware about this builder as project was delayed by 2-3 years and still construction is going on that also when things were on higher side in Indirapuram. Even small builders like HRC, SPS etc completed the project before Aditya.

please provide details of the JM sector 76. Please also let us know how it compares with Amrapali Silicon which lies on the main road.
I dont know where exactly JM is located in the sec 76.
