If the investment horizon is 15 months or more then the difference between rates for new launches and for the under construction flats whose construction started 3 years ago is not wide enough to even think about buying in a newly launched project. This is true even for an investor.

I remember in April, people in ajanara indicating that the project may take around 6 months to launch as it is for soft launching projects of other builders in Gurgaon. By this we can expect 2 more months..but still it is long time to wait..

I called to my broker yesterday..he said the prices are now increased and you would be getting receipts in next 15days.
I don't know kab receipt milegi..1 1 month karke 4 months ho gaye.

Did you get any call from Ajanara to collect your receipts or...You went and asked for reciept on your own....

thats really a good news...can you share what are the things mentioned on receipt and did they say anything on BBA and time for next demand?

One broker also told me that the price in clp is now 4290... Not bad

Invested in this in late April...almost 5 months gone...no update....no receipt...God knows whts gng on with this prjct.....
