Tyagi jee mailed me finally that for sure he will be sending me receipts in next 10 days time. Lets see.

Is the price confirmed in CLP is 4250 now ??? less 5 % discount on papers.

Guys we will get receipts i think in next 10-20 days but next question would be the next demand from builder. As per their payment plans they have mentioned 5%+additional charges as the last installment.

Does it means builder will take PLC+IFMS+Lease rent at the end or they will charge PLCs etc during earlier demands. I have seen in Supertech renesia project thread that builder is asking for PLC in next demand, will it be true here in Ambrosia as well??
I am not very sure regarding this, Please share your thoughts.

I think the rate will include PLC and Lease rent, 5% + additional usually means 5% (Which now days bank holds up) + Ppwer station + Back up charge + any +/- from previous payment. For detail call Ajnara check the payment plan. that should have been specified.

On the other thought Supertech gave us a reason that they wanted to shift focus on extension given the circusmtances that seems fair and issued reciept and allotment letter. Same case with Ajnara??

Next payment to my beleif should come at the time of launch.....

They are not properly replying, before booking the lady in sales was running after me to book one sir, book one sir.

I was also wondering why only one person has got the receipt.

I have spoken to my broker IC, as per them it will take time and next installment will be requested in December.

I as a investor don't understand whether it is good that the next demand is delayed and will get more returns or it is a matter of concern since it is getting delayed ( any issues behind this delay).

Senior member please suggest.

bhai ye hum logo ke paise ka interset kha ke baad mein project scrap hi na kar de..this is my biggest worry, dont understand why good builder like Ajnara is doing all this, i booked it for my end use only because it was Ajnara, But ab kispe barosa kare yar sab ek jaise hai..
