Hi,

Ajnara is launching its new project Daffodil in sec-137.
Please share your views on the project and will it be good to buy a house in this project for self use.
Ajnara is promissing possesion in 21 months :p

Or Can at least rate them based on the Construction Quality, Builder Track record, timeliness posession etc.

6) Purvanchal Royal Park

Please can you rate, Any Comments/Suggestion/etc etc etc are most welcome.
Decision will always be of the Buyer, but your views will help them taking a good decision.

I think paras is offering the best price as of now. isnt it? Though I havent heard much about this builder.

Yes you haven't heard about Paras "Builder" much since it has not been a builder, its a milk provider

Also pls dont go only with pricing, it can be harmful for you/anyone.

Well, most of sec 137 developers are new and few oldies here have issues regarding quality hence can not exactly say what ranking shud be given. Though if we give it a try then few can devide them into following category

Logix - Its first residential project but due to good reputation of Logix into the commercials and promise of giving possession in 18months, its preferred developer in that area. people say one of the best project in 137

Ajnara - Good builder, have to bargain over rates

Supertech - Much written developer in this forum only. Issues in construction quality and possession

Paras - New one, can't say anything.

Paramount - This has delivered some mini residentials in NCR and now it's ongoing projects are in NH24, Crossing Republic and some commercial malls.

Panchsheel and Exotica - Panchshil has delivered 8 big ghp in Indirapuram and Hapur

Exotica has delivered some independent floors in Vaishali Gzb and Ramprastha Gzb and one GHP in Indirapuram

Todays - Its a known name in Gurgaon, many residentials are ongoing in Gurgaon, first project in Noida

Purvanchal - It is definitely a good developer. Have delivered 14 GHP residential projects in NCR + Delhi and 4 upcoming. I have personally seen the Dwarka sec - 6 sociaety - Shahjahanabad Apartments, nice sociaty, some friends live in this apartments.

I haven't written about construction quality and delay in posession about most of them since I am not aware with all these. Inputs welcomed !

Paras Buildtech is owned by the brother of Surender Singh Nagar (MP-GB Nagar-BSP), Yes they own Paras dairy also however, they have done quite a few projects in Ziarkahpur (near Chandigarh) their is a Paras Mall and a Paras city... ppl have been quite happy with the construction quality actually......

Though I have mentioned it as new in residential since I do not know about them.

Well if ppl r happy in Paras City then its ok, I am not aware with it.

Though I think its time o prove themselves in NCR.

Well, there is another project in sec 137 that can be added in the list, i.e GC (Gulson Homz)Vivante. GC has delivered quality construction in thier 3 existing projects in NCR(2 in Indirapuram and one in Vaushali).

Today's Ridge Residency is in sector 135, not in sector 137. So the new list would be like this.

1. GH 01: Paras Tiera.
2. GH 02: Logix Blossom County.
3. GH 03: Supertech Echo City.
4. GH 04: Puravanchal Royal Park.
5. GH 05 A: Subhkamna (I don't know the project name. They have a existing project in sec 50, Noida.).
6. GH 05 B: Fresco, Joint venture of Exotica and Panchsheel.
7. GH 06: Paramount Floravilla
8. GH 07A: Ajnara Daffodil
9. GH 07B: GC Vivante

I feel logix (good commercial project quality and early possession), todays (excavation in progress, developed sector with HIG flats, school, some commercial in place), paramount(most cost effective, not sure about delivery), purvanchal & ajnara (good builders) are some of the good options in 135, 137
