Hi Soumik,

BSP seems to be ok. R U getting 50% discount on PLC? They have not started signing BBA. Infact, they have just started sending welcome / allotment letter to everybody.

Hello hanging garden flat buyers,

I assume that with in 2-3 weeks, we will get invites to sign the BBA with Amrapali for the hanging garden project.

Does someone has a sample copy of any BBA ? Please if a sample can be uploaded here, so that we are well prepared with the terminologies being used in BBA's and has basic understanding of the same.

This will help all of us to concentrate on the key aspects of the BBA while signing and associated clarification from the builder.

Thanks!!

I guess if you could pose this question to the AMrapali Heart Beat City buyers who have already signed the BBA...it should be more helpful.

Also, does anybody have idea about what is the total area and how many flats are being built?

Have they started signing builder buyer agreement? Or they are still waiting for some approval?

have they increased the BSP to 4050 for first floor..earlier it was 3750..and are they still offering 50% discount on view plc.

Yes, 50% discount on view plc war there. Though I was told they are going to increase the rate by Feb 6, 2012.

What put me off about this project is the size of dining/drawing in 2bhk flats. Its something like 11 x 15. Don't know how to fit sofa n dining table in that size. Is this size normal in 2BHK these days?

Another question - does anybody have any idea about the land in front of hanging garden? It appears empty. Master plan shows recreation green (whatever that might be). What is planned here?

We can never Believe on Noida Authority Master plans.
They change it as per their will. Earlier the land in Sector-107 was meant for a Sports Stadium. but master plan we changed and now we have several high Density residential projects.

By the way, please advice. I am planning to invest in Amarpali Hanging Garden. I have seen the layout and I like its 3 BHK comprising 1295 sqfeet.

I am getting a deal for Rs. 4000 BSP + 50% discount in other charges.

Members please advise, about the future of this project, its bankability and its premium aspects. My plans would be to hold this for 6 months.

Thanks.
