This feedback I got from others as well. Amrapali is probably having maximum projects in Noida.
- Platinum - Zodiac - Silicon - Another one next to Silicon - (some thing near secto 72) - Sapphire - HeartBeat City - & Now Hanging Garden... Other Ongoing project details u can get from their site. So many project may put a builder at risk. BTW, having Lotus 300 or LB or other project should not have any effect on this project. It will be a marketing tactic only. You can see the differences in Sec93 societies. |

LET ME ASSURE YOU.....that after 2-3 years....the projects with QUALITY will only survive......
With very little differences between Densities and even locations....the BUYER will make life HELL for Investors in projects where there is No quality. QUALITY WILL REIGN SUPREME I keep on telling people 10000000sss of times....that it doesnt matter if ur project is next to the best project...its success will NOT be rubbed on to ur project. SECTOOR 93 IS A LIVE EXAMPLE OF NOIDA EXPRESSWAYS FUTURE Some projects even being double the price will be in demand...and some even with 30-40 percent less price and even though being next to best..will NOT generate any interest. Some projects even though with average locations (comparatively) will outshine the ones with better locations. QUALITY WILL SELL.....nobody will care if its 3C, 4C, supertech or extra super tech....jaypee or maha-jaypee.....buyer will take out his money for QUALITY ONLY There is no shortage of projects like in delhi, etc where people have less choice.....so all investors.... Either sell and move on much before possession so no one can judge ur project ..... OR Try to select a builder who has good past record P.S: Most of the Investors will follow the first option.....i know...phasega bechara end user ...as usual |

From where you got the offer for 18.56 lakh (3300/psf) for 1 BHK. As far as I know the price are 4350 sqft+PLC for Ist floor and 3820sqft+PLC ofr 24th floor for 1 BHK.

From where you got the offer for Amrapali hanging garden 1BHK for 18.56 lakh (3300/psf). As far as I know the rates are 4350sqft+PLC for 1st floor and 3820sqft+PLC for 24th floor for 1BHK.

The rate mentioned is same everywhere..
starting from 3620 to 4150... + other charges i.e. 425/-and plc's can anyone suggest for any broker who can get discount on this? |

The price for H.G (1 BHK: 565 sq. ft.) starts from Rs. 3820/= PSf (24th floor) & goes upto Rs. 4350/= (Incl of all).
This Booking price is available under Fexi Plan only. PLC : Park Facing Rs. 100/= & road Facing is 75/=. IFMS Rs. 25/= , Dual meter Rs 25000/= & Car Parking Rs. 2,00,000/= + Sevice Tax.Loan will be available after payment of 50% amount within 30 days of booking (Under flexi plan). Now you can calculate.
