Default Amrapali Hanging Gardens - Sector 107

Amrapali Group launch a New Residential Project Amprapali Hanging Gardens Sector 107 Noida. Amrapali Hanging Gardens Offers 1/2/3 BHK Studio.

Any idea how this project is for investement purpose.. for 1BHK.. I got offer for 18.56 lakh (3300/psf)

Lotus 300 is nearby project so I am expecting good return...Heartbeat city & hanging garden.. both seems in one plot.

There is no farmer issue so should we check this deal....

Going by Past amrapali record , People wont get amrapali properties before 4-5 yrs. So People with this horizon may invest.

But price seems attactive.. If you leave the delay/builder credibility... this could gain good response.. Lotus 300 and other proejct is nearby... location is mid of expressway and next road form sector 7X

Would u not like to wait for the NE issue to resolve, as this builder has heavy exposure to that area including sector 70's.
Any adverse outcome may hit the financials of the company..... and credibility.

1. Amrapali past projects have poor quality

2. Amrapali is stuck badly in Noida extension issue...and will have to shell out more money for farmers....

3. Too many projects of Amrapali underway

4. Good location and very competitive pricing.....and anyone who wants to take a Chance and higher Risks (fully expecting delays and quality construction standards) can go for it

Yes they had construction issues, but that were past projects. Builder would have learnt from his past experience.

His many projects in Noida has got very good response (Silicon, Sapphire, Platinum, etc.). The pace of construction is also good.

This project is a first exclusive project from Amrapali and Viabhav Jain and associates are the Architect. They will surely deliver, especially when the have to compete with 3C, Sharanam and Sunworld.

For every project, builders have different SPC to operate from. If it will have to shell out more, than, they will recover through higher loading in the same area or will charge more from the new buyers.

Amrapali's Real Estate portfolio (Pan India), NE exposure is not significant.

Yes, and its delivery each and every one. All projects details and construction status are available for the month of August/September in thier Website and also in Facebook group.

Agreed. Floor Plans and other features are also attractive. Locations and neighbours are very good.
